Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Studio Rubaa’i, we value your trust and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. To ensure genuine orders and smooth deliveries, we have introduced a Part Payment COD system.

How It Works:

  • Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) must pay 20% of the order value in advance at checkout.

  • The remaining balance (80%) is payable in cash at the time of delivery to our courier partner.

Important Notes:

  • The advance/partial payment made at the time of placing the order is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation by the customer.

  • If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, the advance paid will be forfeited.

  • In the unlikely event of order cancellation from our side (e.g., product unavailability, damage, etc.), we will issue a full refund of the advance paid.

  • Please ensure someone is available to collect the parcel and make the balance payment upon delivery.

  • Orders will only be processed and dispatched once the advance payment has been successfully received.
